Plastics Contracting Management, Inc. was founded in 2003
in Statesville, NC to support customers with their ever expanding plastic auxiliary startup, training and servicing needs.
Since then PCM has been providing service and support for our customers throughout the Southeast United States and worldwide.
We expanded our corporate offices and staff with a move in 2005 to a location in Mooresville, NC. This location
was ideally suited to provide support for our customers here in the Southeast as well as the Mid-Atlantic at that time. In
2016 PCM moved to the more corporate location of Charlotte, NC. Chris Barr founded PCM in
2003 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University. He has worked in the
plastics industry for more than 20 years. First as a design and test engineer at Conair and then as their Southeast Regional
Field Service Engineer before founding Plastics Contracting Managment, Inc. As an authority
on Conair drying, loading and blending equipment Chris can provide expertise in servicing, equipment recommendations,
upgrade consulting, preventative maintenance checks, spare parts recommendations, etc ... for almost all drying, loading and
blending auxiliaries not just Conair. Having worked on most types of plastic auxiliary equipment over the years servicing,
recommendations, etc... can also be provided for thermolators, tower systems, pump tanks, silo systems and most other plastic
